The 2025 Guilin Bank Guilin Marathon will kick off on Nov 16, treating runners to a unique experience amid Guilin's world-famous karst scenery.
This event features a course that serves as a "moving landscape painting", blending natural beauty with cultural heritage.

The full marathon covers 42.195 kilometers and the half marathon 21.0975 km, starting at Guilin Central Square and ending at Guilin Sports Center.
The route weaves through the city’s main landmarks, including Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and Qixing Scenic Area, with each stretch revealing new views of the Lijiang River and karst peaks.

The course is organized into thematic sections, moving from the historic downtown's ancient charm to the peaceful Taohua River trail.
Runners can enjoy the peacefulness of Ronghu Lake and the magnificence of Chuanshan Scenic Area, experiencing Guilin's distinct blend of urban and natural beauty.
