Born in Guilin, Guangxi in 1965, Long Fusun is a national-level inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage item known as the "Guilin Rice Noodle Making Technique" and a senior Chinese cuisine technician.

To pass on this craft, Long founded two key companies. In 2014, he set up Minggui Rice Noodle Catering Management, which now has more than 90 chain stores.

In 2017, he established Guilin Jiushi Didao Rice Noodle Development, supplying standardized ingredients to over 1,000 rice noodle shops across China.

As the "spokesperson for Guangxi Rice Noodle Chefs", Long organized three training programs from 2021 to 2023. He taught 150 vocational school teachers and more than 5,000 practitioners, helping nearly 10,000 people find jobs.

He has also co-written a number of vocational education textbooks, helped set local standards for Guilin rice noodles, and won honors like "Guangxi Craftsman" and the "Guangxi May Day Labor Award".

By blending traditional skills with modern industry, Long turns Guilin rice noodles into a cultural symbol. His story has been covered by authoritative media outlets in China, and he remains committed to sharing Guilin's flavor with the world.
