In the past, it involved no fewer than 12 processes, 60 working days, and required that 23 materials be submitted. It took three times longer than that for enterprises to handle human resources service-related certificates. The labor costs were also high.
Now the administrative examination and approval bureau has integrated the 12 processes into one, compressed the 23 materials required to apply for three licenses into just 13, and streamlined the application materials by 43 percent. It also integrated the three license application forms into one form, and simplified the content of the application form by 80 percent.
Now enterprises only need to fill in a declaration form, submit a set of application materials, and complete the full process of human resources service industry comprehensive licensing matters.
"The required materials are simple, the process is efficient, and it eliminates the need for on-site visits. In less than an hour, the certificate can be obtained," said Guo Jinghui, a business handler at Guangxi Qianfeng Human Resources.
