Qinzhou opens pilot window for convenient government service
The Government Service Center in the Qinzhou Port area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) recently introduced an initiative that aims to help its residents.
It's established a pilot administration window in the facility that aims to streamline government services.

Through the pilot window, businesses and individuals in the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ can apply for and replace travel documents to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan at one time. They can also apply for work residence permits for foreigners, crew stay over permits, driver's license replacements and renewals.
What's more, they can apply for the issuance of inspection qualification marks for non-inspected motor vehicles, a change of contact information for drivers and vehicle owners and the replacement or issuance of motor vehicle registration certificates and license plates.
Moreover, they can apply for identity card processing, residence permit processing, the approval of household registration businesses, the issuance of border management zone passes and other related services.
