The market entities in Guangxi will now have the right to register their own names, addresses, and the scope of their business. After signing a letter of commitment, they will be exempt from submitting certification materials.

Guangxi will improve the level of online registration for market entities. It will relax the restrictions on the premises for them and implement reforms to separate residential and business premises.

Guangxi will also simplify the process of closing enterprises and lower the market access threshold. It will also establish a new regulatory mechanism centered on credit.
