According to the measures, when enterprises apply for a business license registration in the Nanning area of the Guangxi FTZ, they can also obtain other relevant licenses at the same time by signing certain commitments, making for smoother business operations.
Up to now, 13 enterprise-related operating permits have been included in the measures for obtaining business permits in this way in the Nanning area of the Guangxi FTZ.
These permits allow for the establishment of travel agencies, food production facilities, human resources services, and hygiene permits in public places. After a review by the issuing authority, the initially issued certificates or documents will be valid for six months.
After receiving the business license, enterprises should fulfill their commitments on time, submit all the relevant materials, and renew their licenses promptly. For firms that fail to fulfill their commitments, their rights to handle company changes, cancellations, and other matters will be restricted.
Moreover, the legal representative and authorized representatives of the enterprise will be prohibited from using the commitment system to handle any such business in the Nanning area of the Guangxi FTZ for a period of three years.
