In recent years, Guangxi has striven to promote the development of its human resources industry.

In February, the market service hall and the talent service platform in the Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) were launched, along with the Guangxi financial talent service platform, all of which provide exclusive service channels for talents.

The talent service platform in the Nanning area of the Guangxi FTZ was jointly built by the Nanning administrative committee of the Guangxi FTZ and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

By integrating the functions and resources of talent services, the talent platform can now efficiently deal with services such as the identification of urgently needed talents, applications for apartments for high-level talents, and applications for living allowances for young talents. The establishment of this platform also marks that the Nanning area of the Guangxi FTZ now has its own talent service platform that can provide settled enterprises with professional and efficient services.

In October 2022, the Guangxi (Nanning) Human Resources Service Industrial Park was established. By December 2022, 47 human resource service agencies and supporting companies settled in the industrial park, with an annual revenue of over 7 billion yuan ($985 million).
