As the first notary office in the Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), the Beibuwan Notary Public Office provides various services for companies here.

The Beibuwan Notary Public Office was established in May, 2020, and promotes legislations in Guangxi FTZ while also safeguarding social credit.

The office launched its innovative remote electronic notarization process in 2020, which aims to help trans-regional enterprises and individuals to sign electronic contracts. When utilizing this product, the two sides have zero contact and the signing of documents only takes a few minutes, saving a lot of time and money for enterprises and individuals.

On July 28, 2022, the Beibuwan Notary Public Office, the Chinese Consulate General in Gothenburg, and the China Visa Application Service Center in Gothenburg, notarized the power of attorney for a Chinese citizen surnamed Liu living in Sweden, through remote video.

Enterprises can store contract data and personnel management data on the office's server and database, which can prove the real existence of electronic data, the credibility of this process, and cannot be tampered with. If there are enterprise disputes, the office can also prove facts according to the electronic data.

The office is open all year round, providing on-site application, appointment application, remote video application, outside application and other services.

Since August 2020, the office has been stationed in the Liangqing district people's court of Nanning, participating in judicial auxiliary affairs such as mediation services, security, and the execution of judicial work.
