Guangxi Huayi New Material's propylene and downstream deep processing integration project recently began operation.

Guangxi Huayi New Material has a total investment of 12.8 billion yuan ($1.8 billion) into this project, which started construction in November 2019. The project mainly utilizes propane dehydrogenation, a butanol device, and other processing equipment.

After being put into operation, it will accelerate the extension of the petrochemical industry chain in Qinzhou. It will also form a green petrochemical industrial cluster in Beibu Gulf, which is an access point to ASEAN countries.
