The China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) will promote the development of the domestic and international double-cycle market and improve its level of opening to the outside world.

The Guangxi FTZ seizes major opportunities such as the implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Version 3.0, by the idea of "market-oriented, linking inside and outside, smooth circulation, reform and improvement, and open development", focuses on building a core area to serve the domestic and international double-loop market freely and conveniently, as well as promotes its construction to achieve new enhancements, breakthroughs, a higher level of opening to the outside world, and enhancement of overall regional development.

The Guangxi FTZ will accelerate the pace of system innovation, bring about more internationally competitive reform and innovation results, explore a new system of trade facilitation for ASEAN and a new model of development and opening along the border, create a market-oriented rule of law and international business environment, enhance the competitiveness of its industries, as well as create distinctive and advantageous industrial clusters that are well-known in the country, and help enhance the open economy.
