The General Administration of Customs recently issued six additional facilitation measures for advanced certified enterprises, while Nanning Customs has researched and issued specific measures for the implementation of relevant measures in the city.

If Nanning Customs needs to send samples of imported and exported goods of advanced certified enterprises to the laboratory for testing, it will be marked as expedited on the inspection application interface of the laboratory management system, while a test report will be issued as soon as the test is completed.

Nanning Customs will further optimize risk management measures for low- and medium-risk matters of high-level certified enterprises.

For high-level certified enterprises that are applicable to processing trade account book management, Nanning Customs can determine whether to carry out inventory verification, with the proportion of the value of goods selected by the customs during the verification based on the actual situation.

Nanning Customs will improve management verification operations on high-level certified enterprises, prioritize port inspections on import and export goods of high-level certified enterprises, as well as give priority to territorial inspections on import and export goods of high-level certified enterprises.
