The Beibu Gulf Big Data Trading Center was recently selected as a pilot demonstration project for the development of the big data industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2022, becoming one of the six major platforms for data trading and circulation in China.

As the only licensed trading venue for data categories and the only channel for public data transactions in Guangxi, the Beibu Gulf Big Data Exchange Center has more than 100 registered companies and 168 listed transaction data products. Its data services have been used 700 million times and its transaction scale exceeded 70 million yuan ($10 million).

The Beibu Gulf Big Data Trading Center focuses on data element transactions. It has built a product system with data collection, data governance, data asset management, and data services as the core for data registration confirmation, data quality evaluation, data asset evaluation, data product development, as well as data integration. It provides solutions for the complete data transaction process, such as regulatory certification and data circulation transactions.
