The total foreign trade import and export volume, as well as the total export volume of the Chongzuo area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) have been ranked first among Guangxi ports for the third consecutive year.

The Chongzuo area of the Guangxi FTZ has topped the country in total import and export volume of border small trade, as well as fruit imports and exports for many years in a row. It has also launched 13 innovative experience cases.

Since the establishment of the Chongzuo area of the Guangxi FTZ, the import and export value of bonded logistics in the Pingxiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone has increased from 58.54 billion yuan ($8.65 billion) in 2019 to 101.54 billion yuan in 2021, an increase of 73.46 percent. In addition, the value of cross-border e-commerce imports and exports has increased from 11 million yuan in 2019 to 2.38 billion yuan in 2021, an increase of more than 208 times. The total foreign trade import and export volume of Youyiguan Port has increased from 207.77 billion yuan in 2019 to 324.2 billion yuan in 2021, an increase of 56 percent, ranking first among Guangxi ports for many consecutive years.

In the past three years, the Chongzuo area of the Guangxi FTZ has introduced 15 financial institutions, settled 70.8 billion yuan in cross-border exchanges, and carried out 75,452 innovative insurance business orders in Vietnam.
