On June 30, the RCEP Enterprise Service Center, Public Legal Service Center, and Qinzhou International Commercial Dispute Mediation Center in the Qinzhou Port area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) were inaugurated.

The RCEP Enterprise Service Center will abide by the relevant provisions of the RCEP, guide the enterprises in the area to make good use of the RCEP rules, optimize the industrial layout, develop the international market, and build a cross-border industrial chain.

Relying on non-litigation resolution methods in commercial disputes, the Public Legal Service Center and Qinzhou International Commercial Dispute Mediation Center will expand the service scope of basic public legal services, as well as improve the Qinzhou Port area's social governance and foreign-related legal service capabilities.

In the future, the three centers in the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ will learn from other RCEP services and international commercial legal services, improve their service level, establish a nationally renowned brand of RCEP services and commercial legal services, as well as help enterprises enter the international market, facilitating the high-quality implementation of the RCEP agreement.
