Qinzhou Port area achieves 100% service rate on new projects

In the first half of 2022, the Qinzhou Port area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) achieved a 100 percent service rate on newly signed projects.

In this period, the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ helped six projects, including those by Gepai, Jinfeng Steel, and Kaisen Logistics, start construction, as well as helped promote the trial production of four projects, including those by Liangfu, Jiaoke, Haibo, and Xinchuangxiang. It provided agency services for 673 transfer enterprises, with a 100 percent licensing rate, and completed return visits to 527 newly established companies.

In addition, the Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ organized nearly 30 special meetings, coordinated and resolved more than 160 issues, as well as completed 16 projects in the first half of this year.

The Qinzhou Port area of the Guangxi FTZ also held three work conferences on policy implementation, as well as completed 139 audits, with an actual amount of 110 million yuan ($16 million), in this time period.

Qinzhou Port carried out post-implementation evaluations on 133 projects that were settled from 2020 to 2021, evaluated 37 contracted projects in 2020, as well as carried out measures like breach inspection, rectification within a time limit, and contract performance reminders.
