The Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) provides one-stop government services to fully connect with RCEP and reduce the operating cost of enterprises.

In the past, the administrative examination and approval procedures have been complex. Through business innovation and smart technologies, the one-stop system platform can automatically approve, and the business start-up has been shortened from 2 hours to a few seconds.

The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Nanning will use electronic business licenses, identification, and information sharing to promote the integrated application of license information.

At present, the one-stop system platform offers 70 enterprise-related licensing matters from 10 departments, and supports real-time inquiries of enterprise-related information.

Nanning has also promoted the use of QR codes for electronic business licenses, and has received support from the State Administration for Market Regulation.
