The Nanning municipal people's government and Huazhi Zhongchuang (Beijing) Investment Management recently signed an intellectual property (IP) strategic cooperation agreement. 

According to the agreement, the two parties will build and operate an IP  public service platform for RCEP countries in the Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), which will connect with the national IP operation service system. 

The platform will help enterprises with their IP creation, application, protection, management, services, and cross-border business, promoting the formation of an exchange platform and hub for RCEP talents, industries, trade, and investment, as well as enhancing the ability of local businesses to upgrade themselves through their IP.

The two sides will also promote an exchange platform for RCEP countries in talents, industry, trade, and investment. In the future, they will strengthen cooperation in talent training, brand activities, and invested funds. 

They will also develop the IP operation public service platform for RCEP countries to promote the implementation of cooperated projects.
