Guangxi FTZ responds to RCEP rules
China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) has economic and trade exchanges with other member states of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
In order to develop further, Guangxi FTZ must give full play to its own advantages, make good use of RCEP rules and develop alongside RCEP member states.
Given its Cumulative Rules of Origin, RCEP will further expand and stabilize regional industrial and supply chains, and help member states build mutually beneficial industrial and supply chain partnerships.
Guangxi will take advantage of the Rules of Origin, study the positive impact of RCEP, and establish a one-stop service contact point to exchange information with RCEP member states.
Under RCEP, the production layout of East Asia's industrial chain will be optimized and upgraded, while its division of labor, regionalization, digitization and service orientation will be strengthened.
Guangxi FTZ will strengthen its connection with the RCEP industrial chain, expand its market share in RCEP member states, and take advantage of zero-tariff agricultural exports to develop its border industrial economy.
Guangxi FTZ will provide training on RCEP rules to help companies and expand the influence of RCEP. It will introduce international arbitration business from RCEP member states, and provide legal services for companies engaged in international business activities.
