The Malaysian medium and small-sized enterprises cluster area

The Malaysia medium and small-sized enterprises cluster area is located in the Qinzhou Port Area. The project has a total investment of 1.52 billion yuan ($0.23 billion) and covers a construction area of 237 mu (15.8 hectares). 

Its floor area is 365,000 square meters, including a standard factory area of 214,400 sq m, a research and development center of 22,400 sq m, a headquarter comprehensive building of 25,320 sq m, an incubation center of 33,720 sq m, a life service building of 19,160 sq m and an underground floor area of 50,000 sq m. Its building area totals 55,300.28 sq m.

The project will be built in two phases. Phase I includes five standard factories with an area of 61,000 sq m. Phase II includes 11 standard factories with an area of 153,400 sq m, two research and development centers with an area of 22,400 sq m, one comprehensive headquarter building with an area of 25,320 sq m, two incubation centers with an area of 33,720 sq m, one life service building with an area of 19,160 sq m, and an underground warehouse with an area of 50,000 sq m. 

The construction involves civil engineering, decoration, water supply and drainage, electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, landscape engineering and other ancillary works. 

The project is currently under construction and the first batch of factories is expected to be finished and put into operation in 2021. It plans to attract eligible industries to settle down.
