Construction contents

The project is based in the Guangxi Pingxiang Integrated Free Trade Zone PhaseⅡ (processing).  With a total investment of 468 million yuan ($72.36 million), it covers an area of 692.33 mu (46.16 hectares), including a 378.95-mu intelligent highway port, and 313.38-mu supporting workshops and warehouses. It boasts a floor area of 120,000 square meters.

The project contains a logistics information center, an intelligent vehicle center, large-scale cold-storage, an intelligent supply chain, “the home of drivers”, gas stations and other supporting facilities. It intends to establish a large-scale logistics center, integrating the e-commerce of B2B and B2C, warehouse-oriented logistics, business and residences, and build itself into a high-end logistics service platform for the development of local firms and the regional economy.

After its implementation, the project is expected to have an average annual sales revenue of 92.18 million yuan, an average annual total profit of 43.08 million yuan, and an average annual sales value tax and extra charges of 12.6 million yuan. The after-tax financial internal rate of return is set at 9.32 percent, and the after-tax investment recovery period is set at 10.5 years (two years of construction included).

The project aims to attract enterprises in the fields of logistics, service platforms, warehouse cold chains & supply chains, and cross-border e-commerce to settle.
