Dule Scenic Area is located 12 kilometers to the southern suburbs of Liuzhou city. The whole area consists of 12 hills, a clear-water river and two artificial lakes.
The park is located at the foot of Guting Mountain, the highest mountain in central area of Guangxi province, 6 km away from the eastern outskirts of Liuzhou city alongside the Liujiang River.
The tower is the well preserved relics of the Ming Dynasty in Liuzhou city.
It is located at bridgehead of Wenhui Bridge in the southern bank of Liujiang River, east of Jiahe Road.
It is also known as Pagoda Hill, located in the east coast of Liujiang River.
When walking southward from the foothill of Yufeng Hill, in less than three kilometers the visitors would find themselves at Dalongtan - Guangxi zhuang autonomous region scenic area at the outskirts.
