The fourth session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress commenced in Beijing on March 4 and 5 respectively.
The Guangxi delegation had submitted 13 motionss by March 8 and made 282 suggestions by March 9 during this year's two sessions.
