New landmark in Yizhou New District opens to visitors

The Taifeng Jiangshanyue Demonstration Zone in Yizhou New District opened to the public on Dec 21, and over 2,000 invited guests attended the opening ceremony.

The demonstration zone spans about 123 mu (8 hectares) with a low plot ratio of 2.3. The construction area is about 240,000 square meters in total, comprising 1,275 units with a green area ratio of 35.02 percent. Guests can witness the stunning scenery of Jinshan Lake from their balconies and various tree species such as black pine and ilex rotunda within the demonstration zone.

Leveraging the ecological landscape of Jinshan Lake, Yizhou New District aims to become a comprehensive green city integrating scientific innovation, parks, culture, wisdom, and zero-carbon elements.
