The Bama Big Health and Drinking Water Industries Development Forum kicked off on Sept 9 in Hechi's Bama Yao autonomous county.

As a part of the 2022 China (Guangxi) Big Health Industry Summit, the forum invited guests from related industries to discuss the leading trends of big health and drinking water industries' development, boosting the high-quality development of Bama's big health industry.

The event included two sub-forums hosting discussions regarding the development of the big health and drinking water industries. In addition, a project signing ceremony was held during the event.

Agreements on the Bama Longevity Health Research Institute project, the Bama Health and Longevity Bama Precision Nutrition Dietetic Research Institute, the Bama Health and Medical Service Industrial Park (Phase I) project, as well as the World Bama Health and Longevity Cultural Heritage Base project were signed to settle in Bama. In addition, agreements on several mountain spring water production projects and cultural tourism complex projects were signed.

Bama has been known as the hometown of longevity, with its big health industry being prosperous for a long time. In recent years, Bama has taken advantage of its water resources to develop its drinking water industry. The natural drinking water industry has gradually become a new pillar industry of Bama.
