Zhou Yuanlong, Ran Guangfu appointed as deputy mayors of Hechi

At the ninth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 5th Hechi Municipal People's Congress, Zhou Yuanlong and Ran Guangfu were appointed as deputy mayors of Hechi. 

The Standing Committee of the 5th Hechi Municipal People's Congress also accepted the requests of Peng Qiang and Li Wenbo to resign as deputy mayors of Hechi.
