The camera crew of the documentary Yu Chenglong started a week-long shoot at the Luocheng Mulao autonomous county in Hechi, Guangxi, on May 16.

The documentary is jointly produced by the Publicity Department of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and Shanxi Broadcasting and TV Station, and funded by Zhongjin (Beijing) Culture Media Company and Shanxi Xingmei Law Firm.

The high-definition documentary is divided into three parts, with each lasting 30 minutes. It is expected to be finished by the end of July and will be broadcasted on CCTV, Shanxi TV and China Education Television.

Yu Chenglong was born in Lvliang, Shanxi. He was appointed as the magistrate of Luocheng county in 1661. During his 20 year-long official career, he not only gained respect and support from the masses, but also was praised by the Kangxi Emperor as the most incorruptible feudal official.

In recent years, Luocheng county has strived to construct clean government culture and education bases and promote the culture brand of clean government with the cultural advantage of Yu Chenglong. It has built a library, parks, exhibition halls and published books on the theme of clean government.
