The Third China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) opened in Beijing on July 16, with Guangxi presenting three themed exhibitions. Featuring 32 local enterprises, the displays highlight its strengths in sugar, aluminum, and machinery.
This year's CISCE, held under the theme "Connecting the World for a Shared Future", runs from July 16 to 20 and features over 650 entities from 75 countries, regions, and international organizations.

With over 65 percent of participants being Fortune 500 firms or industry leaders and 35 percent from overseas, the event serves as a key platform for global supply chain collaboration. Thailand is the guest country, joined by Shandong and Guangdong as guest provinces.
The expo covers six core chains — from advanced manufacturing to healthy living — and features a new innovation zone focusing on cutting-edge tech and patent-driven synergies. It will release the Beijing Initiative of the Third China International Supply Chain Expo and host high-level forums to explore international cooperation pathways.
Guangxi's 300-square-meter exhibition uses exhibits, models, and interactive media to showcase cross-border supply chain integration and green innovation.
Its sugar zone highlights the full production chain from cane to rum, while the aluminum zone showcases applications in aerospace and new energy. Machinery firms like MESDA — holding 50 percent of the domestic market and exporting to over 50 countries — demonstrate the strength of "Made in Guangxi".
