Global lenses capture Guangxi's stories

The screening ceremony of the "2025 Looking China Youth Film Project · Guangxi" was held at Guangxi Minzu University on May 21. Ten young filmmakers from countries including the US, Italy, and Thailand spent 17 days capturing life across Nanning, Guilin, and Fangchenggang.

The 10 documentaries spotlighted everyday workers and artists, reflecting Guangxi's vibrant blend of tradition and modernity, fostering cultural exchange, and showcasing the real China through global eyes. Since 2011, "Looking China" has attracted over 1,100 participants from 102 countries.
