China-Vietnam Friendship Football Match held in Pingxiang

The China-Vietnam Men's Friendship Football Match took place on Dec 10 at the Pingxiang Cultural and Sports Center in Guangxi, strengthening cross-border bonds.

On the field, the Huisen China-Vietnam (Pingxiang) United Team faced off against the Daxin Football Association Team. After 90 minutes of intense competition, the Huisen team secured a 3-2 victory.  

This match was part of the 2024 Pingxiang Cultural Tourism Promotion Week, which aimed to enhance China-Vietnam exchanges and promote bilateral development in trade, culture, sports, and tourism. Other activities included cultural showcases, the China-ASEAN Road Tour, the ASEAN Culinary Competition, and folk experience events.  

As a key gateway to ASEAN, Pingxiang has hosted various cross-border activities in recent years, fostering cooperation and strengthening ties between China and Vietnam.
