Sanjiang Dong autonomous county is located in the north of Liuzhou, Guangxi. It boasts an excellent ecological environment and a subtropical humid climate. It is a national key ecological function protection zone, with its forest coverage rate exceeding 78.8 percent, an annual average temperature that is maintained between 17 C and 19 C, as well as an average number of good air quality days of 315 days per year. Famous scenic spots in the county include Shimenchong Natural Ecological Scenic Spot, Chengyang Bazhai Scenic Spot, and Danzhou Scenic Spot.
