Daming Mountain National Nature Reserve spans Wuming county, Shanglin county, Mashan county, and Binyang county. It is about 80 kilometers away from Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi. The annual average temperature here is around 15 C, making it a cool summer resort. The total area of the reserve is about 17,000 hectares, the forest coverage rate is 98.9 percent, and the average air anion content reaches 70,000/cm3, which makes the place a veritable natural oxygen bar.
